Francisco Serrano is a Spain long-distance runner, born on January 10, 1992. He competes primarily in the 5000m, Semi and Marathon.

His personal bests include 14:54.30 in the 5000m, 1:05:13 in the Semi, 2:18:45 in the Marathon and 30:23 in the 10Kilometr. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Spain.
