Flor Denis Ruiz Hurtado is a Colombia sprinter, born on January 29, 1991 in Pradera, Colombia. Standing 1.72 m and weighing 67 kg, She competes primarily in the 200m, 800m and 100mH.

Her personal bests include 29.53 in the 200m, 2:49.51 in the 800m, 20.72 in the 100mH, 1.25 in the HJ and 4.13 in the LJ. She has earned 18 gold, 3 silver and 2 bronze medals in major international competitions. She is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Colombia.
