Eugenio Barrios is a Spain sprinter, born on November 3, 1976. He competes primarily in the 400m, 800m and 1500m.

His personal bests include 47.05 in the 400m, 1:44.84 in the 800m, 3:36.81 in the 1500m, 14:47.62 in the 5000m and 3:40.62 in the 1500Metres. He has earned 1 gold medal in major international competitions. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Spain.
