Enefiok Udo-Obong

Enefiok Udo-Obong is a Nigeria sprinter, born on May 22, 1982. He competes primarily in the 100m, 200m and 400m.

His personal bests include 10.69 in the 100m, 20.57 in the 200m, 45.5h in the 400m, 2:58.68 in the 4x400m and 7.48 in the LJ. He has earned 3 gold and 1 bronze medals in major international competitions. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Nigeria.
