Emre Zafer Barnes is a Türkiye sprinter, born on November 7, 1988 in Spanish Town, Jamaica. Standing 1.78 m and weighing 73 kg, He competes primarily in the 100m, 200m and 400m.

His personal bests include 10.02 in the 100m, 20.67 in the 200m, 48.70 in the 400m, 37.98 in the 4x100m and 6.55 in the 60m. He has earned 9 gold and 4 silver medals in major international competitions. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Türkiye.
