Emmanuel Nava

Emmanuel Nava is a Mexico middle-distance runner, born on April 14, 1990. He competes primarily in the 1500m, 5000m and 10000m.

His personal bests include 3:57.05 in the 1500m, 14:50.01 in the 5000m, 30:44.58 in the 10000m, 1:05:19 in the Semi and 2:28:52 in the Marathon. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Mexico.
