Emine Ceylan is a Türkiye race walker, born on May 31, 2004. He competes primarily in the 20kmW, 5Kilometre and 3000Metres.

His personal bests include 1:36:00 in the 20kmW, 24:21 in the 5Kilometre, 15:57.97 in the 3000Metres, 47:33 in the 10Kilometr and 25:18.71 in the 5000Metres.
