Elphas Toroitich Ndiwa

Elphas Toroitich Ndiwa is a Uganda middle-distance runner, born on September 7, 2003. He competes primarily in the 1500m, 3000mSt and 10Kilometr.

His personal bests include 3:48.13 in the 1500m, 8:34.23 in the 3000mSt and 28:47 in the 10Kilometr. He has earned 1 gold medal in major international competitions. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Uganda.
