Elodie Kamegne Fotsing is a Cameroon sprinter, born on July 4, 1984. He competes primarily in the 100m, 400m and 400mH.

His personal bests include 11.9h in the 100m, 56.0h in the 400m, 1:02.59 in the 400mH and 7.77 in the 60m. He has earned 1 gold medal in major international competitions. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Cameroon.
