Eliane Martins is a Brazil sprinter, born on May 26, 1986 in Joinville, Brazil. Standing 1.60 m and weighing 49 kg, She competes primarily in the 100m, 200m and 4x100m.

Her personal bests include 12.33 in the 100m, 24.83 in the 200m, 46.69 in the 4x100m, 6.75 in the LJ and 12.30 in the TJ. She has earned 16 gold, 5 silver and 3 bronze medals in major international competitions. She is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Brazil.
