Elena Popescu

Elena Popescu is a MDA sprinter, born on September 6, 1989. She competes primarily in the 400m, 800m and 4x400m.

Her personal bests include 55.2h in the 400m, 2:00.64 in the 800m, 3:48.08 in the 4x400m, 2:05.24 in the 800MetresS and 59.35 in the 400MetresS. She has earned 4 gold medals in major international competitions. She is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing MDA.
