Dragan Zdravković is a Serbia middle-distance runner, born on December 16, 1959 in Senjski Rudnik, Serbia. Standing 1.78 m, He competes primarily in the 800m, 1500m and Mile.

His personal bests include 1:48.34 in the 800m, 3:34.85 in the 1500m, 3:52.24 in the Mile, 7:40.49 in the 3000m and 13:35.83 in the 5000m. He has earned 3 gold medals in major international competitions. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Serbia.
