Donald Paige is a United States middle-distance runner, born on October 13, 1956 in Baldwinsville, United States. He competes primarily in the 800m, 1500m and Mile.

His personal bests include 1:44.29 in the 800m, 3:37.33 in the 1500m, 3:54.19 in the Mile, 2:18.06 in the 1000m and 2:18.88 in the 1000Metres. He has earned 3 gold medals in major international competitions. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing United States.
