Dominic Kirui is a Kenya long-distance runner, born on April 12, 1967. Standing 1.77 m and weighing 62 kg, He competes primarily in the 3000m, 5000m and 10000m.

His personal bests include 7:45.68 in the 3000m, 13:17.26 in the 5000m, 27:31.10 in the 10000m, 1:01:11 in the Semi and 13:56 in the 5Kilometre. He has earned 1 silver medal in major international competitions. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Kenya.
