Dieter Fromm

Dieter Fromm is a GDR middle-distance runner, born on April 21, 1948. He competes primarily in the 800m, 1500m and 4x400m.

His personal bests include 1:45.4h in the 800m, 3:40.4h in the 1500m, 3:07.00 in the 4x400m, 1:46.6h in the 800MetresS and 2:17.4h in the 1000m. He has earned 2 gold and 2 silver medals in major international competitions. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing GDR.
