Dereje Chekole

Dereje Chekole is a ISR middle-distance runner, born on July 13, 2000. He competes primarily in the 1500m, 3000m and 5000m.

His personal bests include 3:48.15 in the 1500m, 8:03.01 in the 3000m, 13:20.79 in the 5000m, 28:11.38 in the 10000m and 13:53 in the 5Kilometre. He has earned 2 gold medals in major international competitions. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing ISR.
