Dale Warrender

Dale Warrender is a New Zealand long-distance runner, born on September 8, 1973. He competes primarily in the 5000m, 10000m and Semi.

His personal bests include 13:57.17 in the 5000m, 29:07.13 in the 10000m, 1:02:51 in the Semi and 2:12:58 in the Marathon. He has earned 3 gold medals in major international competitions. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing New Zealand.
