Cai-Syuan He

Cai-Syuan He is a Taiwan sprinter, born on October 2, 2008. He competes primarily in the 400m, 800m and 1500m.

His personal bests include 59.91 in the 400m, 2:19.44 in the 800m and 4:46.12 in the 1500m. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Taiwan.
