Cagini Pilgrim is a St. Lucia sprinter. He competes primarily in the 100m, 200m and 4x400m.
His personal bests include 10.57 in the 100m, 21.26 in the 200m, 3:18.96 in the 4x400m, 3:20.36 in the 4x400Metre and 6.96 in the 60m. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing St. Lucia.
