Bryndis Hólm

Bryndis Hólm is a Iceland sprinter, born on July 24, 1965. He competes primarily in the 200m, 800m and 100mH.

His personal bests include 26.37 in the 200m, 2:25.81 in the 800m, 15.85 in the 100mH, 1.66 in the HJ and 5.90 in the LJ. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Iceland.
