Bilal Marhoum is a Morocco long-distance runner, born on February 15, 1991. He competes primarily in the 3000m, 5000m and Semi.

His personal bests include 8:12.85 in the 3000m, 13:43.20 in the 5000m, 1:03:47 in the Semi, 2:11:20 in the Marathon and 30:02 in the 10Kilometr. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Morocco.
