Bianca Dougan

Bianca Dougan is a British Virgin Islands sprinter, born on February 9, 1990. He competes primarily in the 200m, 400m and 400mH.

His personal bests include 27.62 in the 200m, 57.64 in the 400m, 1:02.76 in the 400mH, 57.70 in the 400MetresS and 1:35.08 in the 600m. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing British Virgin Islands.
