Benson Karameka

Benson Karameka is a Uganda long-distance runner, born on May 5, 1994. He competes primarily in the 5000m, 10000m and Marathon.

His personal bests include 14:41.59 in the 5000m, 30:22.8h in the 10000m and 2:17:31 in the Marathon. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Uganda.
