Ben Ruthe

Ben Ruthe is a New Zealand sprinter, born on February 17, 1980. He competes primarily in the 400m, 800m and 1500m.

His personal bests include 50.35 in the 400m, 1:48.95 in the 800m, 3:41.22 in the 1500m, 4:00.17 in the Mile and 8:07.12 in the 3000m. He has earned 2 gold medals in major international competitions. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing New Zealand.
