Ayumi Nakao

Ayumi Nakao is a Japan sprinter, born on December 14, 2000. He competes primarily in the 100m, 200m and 100mH.

His personal bests include 12.34 in the 100m, 24.92 in the 200m, 13.35= in the 100mH, 59.51 in the 400mH and 3:44.73 in the 4x400m. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Japan.
