Ayesha Maduwanthi is a Sri Lanka thrower. He competes primarily in the DT and HT.

His personal bests include 43.15 in the DT and 48.62 in the HT. He has earned 2 gold medals in major international competitions. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Sri Lanka.
