Athanasios Athanasiou is a Greece sprinter, born on January 1, 1996. He competes primarily in the 200m, 400m and 4x400m.

His personal bests include 22.35 in the 200m, 50.50 in the 400m and 3:15.03 in the 4x400m. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Greece.
