Ali Hassan Mahboob is a Bahrain long-distance runner, born on December 31, 1981 in Kenya, Kenya. He competes primarily in the 3000m, 5000m and 10000m.

His personal bests include 7:44.99 in the 3000m, 13:18.98 in the 5000m, 27:21.40 in the 10000m, 1:01:07 in the Semi and 2:12:38 in the Marathon.
