Akane Taira

Akane Taira is a JPN middle-distance runner, born on November 3, 1982. She competes primarily in the 1500m, 3000m and 5000m.

Her personal bests include 4:27.99 in the 1500m, 9:10.03 in the 3000m, 15:35.61 in the 5000m, 32:12.67 in the 10000m and 1:09:17 in the Semi. She is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing JPN.
