Adina Valdez

Adina Valdez is a Trinidad & Tobago sprinter, born on April 25, 1961. He competes primarily in the 400m, 800m and 800MetresS.

His personal bests include 53.14 in the 400m, 2:02.77 in the 800m, 2:07.96 in the 800MetresS, 55.01 in the 400MetresS and 1:12.44 in the 500Metres. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Trinidad & Tobago.
