Adil OULAD Lidame

Adil OULAD Lidame is a Morocco middle-distance runner, born on February 2, 1982. He competes primarily in the 800m, 1500m and 5000m.

His personal bests include 1:48.30 in the 800m, 3:40.23 in the 1500m, 14:01.28 in the 5000m, 1:01:43 in the Semi and 2:12:31 in the Marathon. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Morocco.
