Adelina Zems

Adelina Zems is a KAZ sprinter, born on December 25, 1998. She competes primarily in the 200m, 400m and 400mH.

Her personal bests include 25.06 in the 200m, 55.21 in the 400m, 56.73 in the 400mH, 46.58 in the 4x100m and 3:37.95 in the 4x400m. She has earned 13 gold and 3 bronze medals in major international competitions. She is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing KAZ.
