Sphamandla Nkosi

Sphamandla Nkosi is a South Africa long-distance runner, born on July 5, 1995. He competes primarily in the 3000m, 5000m and 10000m.

His personal bests include 8:28.41 in the 3000m, 14:29.16 in the 5000m, 31:05.25 in the 10000m, 1:11:57 in the Semi and 2:17:26 in the Marathon. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing South Africa.
