Betty Heidler, born 14 October 1983 in East Berlin, is a retired German hammer thrower who was a consistent force at the top of her event for over a decade.

She held the world record from 2011 to 2014 with a personal best throw of 79.42 metres. Heidler won the World Championship title in 2007 and added silver medals at the 2009 and 2011 World Championships.

At the Olympic Games, she earned silver at the 2012 London Olympics and was a four-time Olympic finalist, also finishing fourth in both 2004 and 2016. Her longevity and competitiveness at the highest level made her one of the most accomplished hammer throwers of her era.
