Torrance Zellner is an American track and field athlete born on January 6, 1970, in Baltimore, Maryland. He specialized in the 400 metre hurdles and achieved a personal best of 48.18 seconds in August 1996 in Zurich.

Zellner won bronze medals in the 400 metre hurdles at both the 1991 and 1999 Pan American Games, demonstrating remarkable longevity at the international level over an eight-year span. At the 1999 Pan American Games, he added a bronze in the 4x400m relay. He finished eighth at the 1999 World Championships in Seville.
