Tora Harris is an American high jumper born on September 21, 1978, in College Park, Maryland. Standing 190 cm and weighing 83 kg, he is a Princeton University-educated engineer of Taiwanese and African-American descent who became a four-time national champion.

Harris represented the United States twice at the World Championships, three times at the World Indoor Championships, and once at the Continental Cup. He spent two years as the number one ranked high jumper in the United States. At Princeton, he was a five-time All-American and won two individual NCAA championships in 2002, becoming the university's only two-time NCAA track and field individual event champion.

He holds both the Ivy League indoor and outdoor high jump records and won eight individual Ivy League/Heptagonal championships. His combination of athletic excellence and academic achievement at Princeton represents a rare dual achievement in American athletics.
