Restituta Joseph Kemi (born 30 July 1971 in Singida) is a Tanzanian long-distance runner.

She twice carried the flag for Tanzania at the opening ceremony of the Summer Olympics: in 2000 and 2004.

She was the 1997 and 1999 winner of the Corrida de Langueux race. Their accomplishments on the track have contributed to the sport's history and inspired athletes in their discipline.
