Gundega Heidingere

Gundega Heidingere is a Latvia middle-distance runner, born on April 20, 1983. He competes primarily in the 1500m, 3000m and 5000m.

His personal bests include 4:48.63 in the 1500m, 9:57.68 in the 3000m, 17:14.08 in the 5000m, 4:55.83 in the 1500Metres and 10:24.66 in the 3000Metres. He has earned 4 gold medals in major international competitions. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Latvia.
