Jafred Lorone

Jafred Lorone is a Uganda long-distance runner, born on December 12, 1979. He competes primarily in the 3000m, 10000m and Semi.

His personal bests include 8:30.57 in the 3000m, 30:07.00 in the 10000m, 1:03:44 in the Semi, 8:30.57 in the 3000Metres and 47:32 in the 15Kilometr. He has earned 1 silver medal in major international competitions. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Uganda.
