Francis Adilu

Francis Adilu is a Uganda sprinter. He competes primarily in the 200m, 400m and 4x100m.

His personal bests include 22.50 in the 200m, 47.38 in the 400m, 41.41 in the 4x100m and 3:21.00 in the 4x400m. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Uganda.
