Venla Paunonen

Venla Paunonen is a Finland sprinter, born on July 24, 1990. He competes primarily in the 200m, 400m and 800m.

His personal bests include 24.97 in the 200m, 55.22 in the 400m, 2:06.34 in the 800m, 4:56.32 in the 1500m and 14.23 in the 100mH. He has earned 2 gold medals in major international competitions. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Finland.
