Rutendo Joan Nyahora

Rutendo Joan Nyahora is a Zimbabwe long-distance runner, born on November 11, 1988. He competes primarily in the 5000m, Semi and Marathon.

His personal bests include 18:03.50 in the 5000m, 1:14:41 in the Semi, 2:32:00 in the Marathon, 53:41 in the 15Kilometr and 32:55 in the 10Kilometr. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Zimbabwe.
