M.S.P.Madumali Perera is a Sri Lanka long-distance runner, born on August 11, 1998. He competes primarily in the 10000m, Marathon and 3000mSt.

His personal bests include 36:24.52 in the 10000m, 2:45:33 in the Marathon and 12:23.10 in the 3000mSt. He has earned 1 gold medal in major international competitions. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Sri Lanka.
