Moses Aliwa

Moses Aliwa is a Uganda long-distance runner, born on April 2, 1986. He competes primarily in the 3000m, 5000m and 10000m.

His personal bests include 7:57.0h in the 3000m, 13:39.6h in the 5000m, 28:38.3h in the 10000m, 1:02:50 in the Semi and 44:56 in the 15Kilometr. He has earned 1 gold medal in major international competitions. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Uganda.
