Lelde Neimande

Lelde Neimande is a Latvia long-distance runner, born on August 18, 1983. He competes primarily in the 5000m, 10000m and Semi.

His personal bests include 18:26.80 in the 5000m, 38:13.63 in the 10000m, 1:21:41 in the Semi and 2:48:02 in the Marathon. He has earned 1 gold medal in major international competitions. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Latvia.
