Kipchoge Keino

Kipchoge Keino is a Kenya middle-distance runner, born on January 17, 1940. He competes primarily in the 800m, 1500m and Mile.

His personal bests include 1:46.41 in the 800m, 3:34.91 in the 1500m, 3:53.1h in the Mile, 7:39.6h in the 3000m and 13:24.2h in the 5000m. He has earned 2 gold and 3 silver medals in major international competitions. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Kenya.
