She specializes in hurdles events and won the silver medal in the 400 metres hurdles at the 2025 World Championships.
Jones competed at the 2024 Summer Olympics, finishing fourth in the 400 metres hurdles final. Earlier in her career, she won gold in the 100 metres hurdles at the 2019 Pan American U20 Championships and was runner-up in the 60 metres hurdles at the 2024 USA Indoor Track and Field Championships.
