Hortensia Arzapalo

Hortensia Arzapalo is a Peru long-distance runner, born on July 29, 1981. He competes primarily in the 5000m, 10000m and Semi.

His personal bests include 17:13.8h in the 5000m, 35:26.10 in the 10000m, 1:15:58 in the Semi, 2:40:49 in the Marathon and 34:45 in the 10Kilometr. He has earned 1 silver medal in major international competitions. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Peru.
