Hassan El-Kasheef (Arabic: حسن الكشيف; born 26 March 1956) is a retired Sudanese athlete who competed in the sprints distances He competed in the men's 400 metres at the 1984 Summer Olympics. El-Kasheef won the British AAA Championships title in the 400 metres event at the 1979 AAA Championships.

Throughout their competitive career, they maintained exceptional standards in track and field athletics.
