Bryan Bridgewater is an American former sprinter born on September 7, 1970. He won multiple medals at international competitions and still holds the NCAA Division II record in the 200 metres.

Bridgewater won gold medals in the 100m, 200m, and 4x100m relay at the 1989 Pan American Junior Athletics Championships. As a senior at Washington High School in Los Angeles, he defeated future Olympic champion Quincy Watts to win the 200m at the 1988 CIF California State Meet. He won NCAA Division II titles in both the 100m and 200m while at California State Los Angeles.

He was a member of the winning American team at the 1992 IAAF World Cup and won gold at the 1993 World University Games. Despite competing in an era dominated by Carl Lewis, Michael Johnson, and Michael Marsh, Bridgewater achieved two American top-10 rankings in the 200m.
